Jarabacoa Climate:
From my experience, the Climate-Charts.com website show a fairly accurate overview of the yearly climate of Jarabacoa. It shows an average high and low temperature graph, a precipitation chart and a graph that show the amount of daylight hours throughout the year from month to month.
I have found that a good time to vacation in Jarabacoa, during the North American winter, is between Mid-January, February, and the first week or two of March.
This way you can avoid the rainy seasons and take advantage of the moderate temperatures. Travelling to Jarabacoa later in February affords the possibility to participate in the local Carnaval celebrations that tend to get more exciting and attracts larger crowds as the month progresses.
